Job Description: Executive Assistant for CEO
Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing their schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.

Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO in decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Assist in the preparation and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives assigned by the CEO.

Manage and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, etc.), ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.

Maintain confidential files, records, and documents related to the CEO's activities.

Monitor and track deadlines, deliverables, and progress of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to the CEO.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the CEO.

Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Experience Required:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and polished demeanor.

Proficiency in using office software and tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
