Job Description: Vice President Marketing & Sales

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve the company's growth objectives.

  2. Lead and manage the marketing and sales teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.

  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use the insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.

  4. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, PR, events, and promotions.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts with overall business goals.

  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

  7. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

  8. Develop and manage the marketing and sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

  9. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and recommend innovative marketing and sales strategies to gain a competitive edge.

  10. Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Experience Required:

  1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role in marketing and sales, such as Vice President Marketing & Sales, Chief Marketing Officer, or similar.

  2. Strong background in developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  3. Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.

  4. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices across various channels, including digital marketing, branding, advertising, and customer segmentation.

  5. Solid understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  6. Experience in market research and analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing and sales strategies.

  7. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex marketing and sales concepts to diverse audiences.

  9. Experience in developing and managing marketing and sales budgets, allocating resources effectively to drive ROI.

  10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
